Delicious toasty little number from this iconic Champagne house. Bollinger is one of the small number of Champagnes that really lives up to the hype.

Bollinger Special Cuvee is a blend of crus, with some vintages and younger reserves, it was first launched way back in 1911. William Folks from the House of Mentzendorff, decided it was an insult to refer to such a stellar wine as a 'non-vintage', so the 'Special Cuvée' was created to attribute it's provenance of this non-vintage Champagne. Bollinger is a crisp pastry and fruit Champagne with excellent balance.
