No two hand picked barrels are the same or take the same path with their maturation or bottling dates. This March 2019 Barrel is bottled in 2024 for It's a J.E.M. and it is a hell of a delicious single malt whiskey matured in new American oak. So this is a single cask malt whiskey which one does not often see coming out of American distilleries and not particularly out of a Kentucky distillery that is so heavily renown for having Stephen Beam at the helm but also producing some of the best bourbon we have ever tried.
