A limited Edition bottling form Arran Distillery to celebrate the millenium. The Millennium cask bottling is made from 35 Bourbon Barrels and 10 sherry hogsheads, fill on the last day of the old Millenium and the first day of the new. A unique bottling which is sure to be highly collectable!
An expression of 7,800 bottles inspired by a unique moment in time. This dram has been matured for 13 years and has been bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration.
The nose is vibrant with an edge of spice. Candid citrus captures the tongue immediately reminding you of orchard fruits and baked apples. A sprinkling of vanilla and cinnamon adds a layer of sweet spice and oak to the initial fruity character. A splash of water opens it up beautifully exposing the layers of creaminess. A dram worth savouring till the last drop!
