Distilled at the Auchroisk distillery in Speyside, this release has been bottled by independent bottler Global Whisky as part of their OLO range. This expression was distilled in 2011 and laid down to mature for 13 years with a period spent finishing in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. There were just 286 bottles produced at a cask strength of 51.8% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.

About Auchroisk

Beginning in 1972 after Dorie's Well was discovered and found to have water similar to the water used by the Glen Spey Distillery, which was used by Justerini & Brooks to produce malt whisky for their blends, Auchroisk was born.

The distillery produced its first single malt in 1978 and was rebranded as 'The Singleton' in 1986, the name was again changed back to Auchroisk in 2001, when their 10 Year Old Flora & Fauna expression was released.
