About Baker's 

Baker's is a single-barrel, small-batch bourbon whiskey produced by the Jim Beam Distillery, named after Baker Beam, the grandnephew of Jim Beam. It is aged for a minimum of seven years and bottled at 107 proof (ABV), featuring a robust and rich flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice. A special strain of yeast used in its production contributes to its silky smooth texture.
