This cereal-forward blend from the Chichibu distillery includes whiskies from Japan, Scotland, Ireland, USA and Canada, blended and matured at the Chichibu distillery. A delicate dram, showcasing Ichiro Akuto's mastery of blending.

A worldwide blended whisky, Ichiro’s White Label is a rich and sweet expression. Sourced from around the world and blended by Master Blender Ichiro Akuto, this whisky combines whisky from his own Chichibu distillery with whiskies from America, Canada, Scotland and Ireland. It is bottled at 46.5% abv, and is free from chill filtration and artifical colouring.

Apple and orange lead on the nose, before a marriage of a delicate vanilla flavour, pear, apple, honey and cinnamon on the palate. The finish is long, lingering, and complex.

Tasting Notes

Nose Peach and dried apricot, sweet butterscotch, vanilla cream, citrus zest, synthetic bananas and gooey malt.

Palate Toffee first and foremost, with notes of barley malt, gingerbread, tropical fruits, honeyed pipe tobacco lveas, black pepper, roasted chestnut and freshly cut hay.

Finish Medium length with vanilla and dried tropical fruit.
