Dalmore 15 Year Old (2010) 1 Litre

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

This bottle is from 2010 according to the bottle code. The new label launched in 2012 with half the label being white and half green

Dalmore distillery was used as a deep-sea mine production centre by the Royal Navy between 1917 and 1920. After the navy departed, the distillery was left in tatters, and - after a long compensation battle involving the House of Lords - the distillery was brought back online in 1922. Now Dalmore, under the stewardship of Richard Paterson, presents itself as a luxury brand with a history of wealthy backers, with some of its bottlings among the most expensive in the world.

The Dalmore 15 year old is exclusively matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks.
