Working across their 16 warehouses with casks dating back to the 1970s, master distiller Billy Walker has selected a limited number of casks to be released as GlenAllachie 18YO. The signature GlenAllachie rich, robust spirit in harmony with the heather and butterscotch notes.

Matured in the GlenAllachie warehouses located on-site at the distillery, the liquid was carefully monitored until Billy Walker determined it had reached its peak.

With alluring notes of honey and mocha, followed by hints of marzipan and rich cherry flavours on the palate, this single malt exudes an exquisite sophistication.

GlenAllachie 18 Year Old has been bottled at a very drinkable 46% vol, without any additional colouring or chill filtration.

Tasting Notes

Nose Chocolate Brazil nuts and floral wafts of honey, rich, dark sugar with sweet raisins in tow.

Palate Silky toffee and a pinch of dried heather lead, followed by dense, honeyed fruit cake. Forest fruits creep in, bringing with them nutty spice and old oak.

Finish Caramelised nuts and baking spice stick around for an age, with sticky muscovado and robust, roasted barley.
