90% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Crianza means that the wine is aged 6 months in oak barrels . The rich fruity Spanish Crianza offers a delicious aroma of red cherries and vanilla. Medim bodied and juicy red fruit flavours are supported by soft tannins and a toasty wood character. It can be enjoyed now and makes an excellent accompaniment to a variety of dishes including red meat and pasta.

To enjoy this wine at its best it is preferable to consume within 29 years of its life. It should be left to stand for 2 hours prior to serving and decanted slowly through a filter due to the build up of sediment. It must be stored in a cool dry place ideally at 16 degrees to slow the aging. The wine was specially selected and masterfully blended by Benoit Calvet who has a lifetime of winemaking experience.
