Yamazaki was born from the meeting of Yamazaki's traditional Mizunara barrel-aged malt and a variety of other Yamazaki malts, including the innovative wine barrel-aged malt.

Tasting notes

The strawberry-like aroma hidden within the soft, gorgeous aroma comes from malt spirits aged in wine barrels, while the sweet, sparkling, smooth spread comes from the addition of malt spirits aged in Mizunara barrels.
