A rare bottle of single barrel Balcones. Significantly lower in price than the equivalent from Blanton's or Buffalo Trace whilst being of very high quality also. This is more like Michters than Blanton's. Delicious stuff!

Balcones distillery started its life as a welding shop under a bridge in Waco, Texas. The team hand crafted the stills and equipment using sheet metal, welding tools and hammers. From there, a Texan whisky legend was born! The awards have come thick and fast for them, with over 140 national and international awards in just over 8 years. They'll proudly tell you; "we don't just make whisky in Texas. We make Texas whisky."
