Fully finished in Pinot Noir casks from Burgundy, where growers and winemakers have mastered the art of taming this most challenging grape variety. The light, low-tannin and medium-bodied Pinot Noir wine leaves a lasting effect on the barrel, adding a fruity but not over-rich crispness, and a balance of green apples and butteriness.
