TASTING NOTES

Nose: Beautiful and intricate, mature peat smoke, full of soft herbal and medicinal details with impressions of green tea with lemon and many coastal subtleties. Extremely fresh and beautifully pure and vibrant.

Palate: Superbly rich, peaty and oily. Big medicinal notes, alongside grapefruit, tar, lemon oil, herbal and green teas and even a hint of tropical fruit in the depths. Very classical, well-aged Caol Ila.

Finish: Long, with a more fragrant, chiselled and mineral smokiness. More soft peat smoke notes, more medicine and more herbal and coastal notes.
