Cut Your Wolf Loose is one of the most awesome whisky bars in existence. Cool people. Cool pricing, and outrageous stuff on the walls that will leave you noticing something new every time you visit the place. 

Each release has a new label designed by a local Brighton artist in collaboration. Bottles are limited as always. Their owner Sebastian Woolf does an awesome job at cask selection.

Their 4th release in the form of a delicious 12yo Caol Ila! Single cask with only 283 bottles released and with epic art commissioned from The Postman!

TASTING NOTES

Nose: a tornado of whiteboard chalk, lemon and oily fatty peat right up your nose holes.

Palate: Bourbon-y cask finish sweetness, followed by sexy lemons and some smokey seaside backbone - like a weathered sailor who looks mean but really is just sunshine and rainbows on the inside.

Finish: Nice long finish, nice and clean with a well balanced smoke.
