In September 2026, the annual Kentucky bourbon festival runs for 3 days - 10th September 2025 until 13th September 2025.
Following a successful sold-out event, The Kentucky Bourbon Festival announced next year’s festival will be Sept. 10-13, 2025, in Bardstown, KY. Bourbon enthusiasts can kick off September — National Bourbon Heritage Month — joining attendees from all over the globe to celebrate the history and craft of bourbon.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming bourbon enthusiasts back to Bardstown for KYBF’s 35th year and having them kick off National Bourbon Heritage Month with us,” Randy Prasse, COO and president of the festival, said in a news release. “The Kentucky Bourbon Festival has sold out every year since we launched a re-imagined and re-invigorated format in 2021 and we could not be more excited for guests to see what we have planned for 2025.”
All tickets to the 2025 festival sold out for the fourth consecutive year. The festival features expanded opportunities for bourbon enthusiasts to engage with the most sought-after brands alongside engaging and immersive educational experiences. With 90% of its ticketed guests visiting from outside Kentucky, the event continues to serve as an important tourism and economic engine for the entire region.

The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is presented by The Koetter Group, a third-generation owned family business specializing in construction, real estate, building services and K-Rax premium spirits barrel storage systems. The Koetter Group has been the festival’s presenting sponsor since 2023.

- Distillery Tours for Limestone Branch VIP & Cigar Tour (Yellow Stone), Maker's Mark Behind the Scenes Tour at Star Hill Farm, Buffalo Trace Hard Hat Tour, Wild Turkey Distillery Tour, Michter's Bottle Your Own Single Barrel Bourbon Tour, Old Forester Tour, Heaven Hill Tour, Willet Distillery Tour & Angels' Envy VIP Tour (Please Note that schedule will change but 3 distilleries per day will be visited from 14th September 2024 until 16th September in the morning with a return flight on the 16th September 2025 in the PM. Guests will be able to vote in the group to select options for 1 day prior to show whether it be gun ranges or additional tours.

Once a payment has been made for this event, statutory rights apply for purchases where tickets are non refundable however can be transferred to another person.

Costs can be subject to change albeit not by a lot. Costs could also reduce however will come to no more than a maximum of £2299 per person if paid between.
Our objective is to keep costs down however at time of flights becoming available if costs or markets change, the minimum will be requested in addition. The figure £2299 is the guaranteed maximum upper value for the value of tours and trip with a total calculated value of £3000 approx per person. Saving of £700 is estimated in committing to the trip in Sept 2026.
Terms:
Once a deposit has been paid, the last point for refunds shall be January 15th 2026
After January 15th 2026 Early Bird rate ends with the price raising to £2299
Early Bird payment plans can be agreed without additional interest subject to approval.
