A great value for money single malt from North Star Spirits

Series 26 has this year produced a few unknowns that have surprised us. 

This single malt was distilled in December 2009 at an undisclosed distillery in the Highland region of Scotland. It was aged for 15 years in a single refill bourbon hogshead, before being bottled in June 2025 by North Star Spirits at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
