Tomintoul 14 Years Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Quarter Cask Finish was distilled in 2009 and matured initially in ex-bourbon American oak casks before being finished in specially selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry quarter casks sourced by Master Distiller Robert Fleming from Spain.

The Pedro Ximénez casks perfectly complement Tomintoul Single Malt imparting rich fruit flavours, which enhance the character and complexity of our whisky.

Tasting Notes
Nose : Deep and rich with aromas of chocolate fudge cake, maple syrup, dried fruits and cedarwood.

Palate : Indulgent layers of maple pecan pie, chocolate ganache, raisins and roast nuts mingled with coffee grounds, tobacco and baking spices.

Finish : Long and warming leaving impressions of tiramisu, dark chocolate and Brazil nuts lingering on the tongue.

Tomintoul Distillery, established in 1964 in Scotland's Cairngorms National Park, is known for producing "the gentle dram," a Speyside single malt scotch whisky characterized by its smooth, mellow profile.
