William Lawsons' Finest Blended Scotch Whisky (1980s) 70cl
French market bottling
William Lawson was first produced in 1849 by William Lawson, since that day this whiskey has become one of the classic blended Scotch. It is a whiskey that breaks the rule on scotches, because although it is made with malts of Scotland has none of the main features of Scottish whiskeys.
William Lawson is made in the same distillery since 1849, during the process, malt Macduff Glen Deveron is fermented and distilled briefly, once finished, we proceed to the mixture strong malts and grain whiskey obtaining a whiskey a very bold flavor.
A whiskey pleasant aroma with spicy notes and hints of malted barley palate has a rich fruity flavour and loaded grapes, nut bread, pepper and toasted oak with a hint of caramel.
