Produced with the grapes of a rare varietal preserved with care and dedication by Scarpa, coming from vineyards ranging from 350m up to more than 400 meters above sea level and are mostly facing South-West, soil marked by loam with balanced percentages of clay, silt and sand.

If served chilled it makes a nice aperitif, it matches with delicate main courses or fruit tarts, spicy food, goat cheese, grilled vegetables, chicken salad, glazed nuts, roasted vegetables, red fruits.

We cultivate a single-body vineyard that stretches for 25 hectares between Castel Rocchero and Acqui Terme, in the splendid Poderi Bricchi estate. We also manage an additional 5 hectares situated in the most prominent Barolo and Barbaresco crus: Roncaglie, in La Morra; Monvigliero, in Verduno; and Canova, in Neive.
