A cask strength edition of Balcones True Blue, produced in Waco, Texas, using blue corn. Certainly not something you see everyday - unless you work at the distillery, that is. We reckon this'll be bloomin' excellent - not to be missed!
At barrel proof, this whiskey preserves the bold flavors and aromas straight from out premium barrels. A power expression of blue corn whiskey that opens with deep notes of brown sugar and lingering honeysuckle. Long finish with hints of cinnamon, baking spices and oaky dryness.

buttered toast, grapefruit pith, overripe banana, fresh cut bell pepper, corn oil, candied pecan, forest floor, cinnamon, sweet oak
TASTE
oily texture with maple syrup, dried apricot, pralines, cajeta, jasmine, spice, masa
FINISH
warm and long finish with supple notes of raw honey, coffee cake, and dried chilies
