A big sherry-cask whisky from Bruichladdich bottled at 12 years old by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. Distilled in June 2005 and bottled in June 2017, it shows off Bruichladdich's elegant spirit.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Hints at coffee initially, warms to the gentlest spiced fruit and cereal
Palate: Now much more fruity with a backdrop of vanilla, espresso, malt and jam
Finish: Shows a wide range of spices with fortified wine, mixed peel and biscuit (FHL)
