Bushmills Irish Whiskey is proud to unveil The Causeway Collection 23 Year Old Madeira Cask, a DUFRY exclusive. This expression is testament to Alex Thomas, our visionary Master Blender, and her limitless creativity and expertise that continues to put her at the forefront of whiskey-making innovation. The 23 Year Old Madeira Cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, cask strength (53.8% ABV) and non chill-filtered Irish single malt. It represents the next bold step for Bushmills, one that honours the giants and generations before us and the incomparable natural landscape in which its forged.

The 23 Year Old Madeira Cask – the collection’s latest jewel, aged exclusively in first fill Madeira oak casks – is no exception. Filled on 30th June 2000, it is a single malt whiskey of unparalleled depth and complexity.
This fifth generation of the Causeway Collection includes a 23 Year Old Madeira and a 2011 Oloroso Sherry, as well as three exciting and innovative firsts for Bushmills Irish Whiskey, a 10 Year Old Barolo, a 2010 Double Moscatel and a 22 Year Old Mizunara.
