Opened in 2022, The Cairn Distillery is a modern home for the ancient craft of whisky-making.
Nestled in the Cairngorms National Park, The Cairn is a new home for adventure seekers and whisky lovers to explore and be inspired by the very best Scotland has to offer.
The CRN57° range of blended malt whiskies does not feature whisky distilled at The Cairn. It has been created to provide the flavours and aromas to come from The Cairn’s single malts in years to come.

CRN57° is a range of the highest quality blended malt Scotch whiskies.
Matured from 12 to 70 years old, they are deliciously smooth, elegant and fruity; full of character and perfect to enjoy with friends.
Every journey starts somewhere, ours starts at 57 degrees north of the equator, the location of The Cairn Distillery in the Scottish Highlands.
The Cairn Distillery opened in 2022, and whilst we wait for our single malts to be ready, the CRN57° range has been created by the Master Blenders at Gordon & MacPhail to provide whisky drinkers with the opportunity to enjoy the flavours and aromas that may be found in our single malts in years to come.

TASTING NOTES

PALATE
Kumquat, aniseed and tobacco. Blackcurrant and black pepper.
NOSE
Cinnamon apple, clove spice and chocolate orange blossom.
FINISH
Seville orange peel and mint.
