Chieftain's Choice 21 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky (1990s) 70cl

This older bottling is a 21 year old blended malt, bottled by the Scottish Independent Distillers Company, Edinburgh.

You either know what this is and remember the days of CC or are from a newer generation that looks upon this with utter confusion & endless questions come to mind.

This independent bottler was well known for lots of Springbank editions which have rocketed in price since recent changes in cask holding and no longer giving them out to IBs, and more than 350 casks have been bottled by them between 1990 and 2019.

This is a decent blend albeit 40%, if you have ever tried this you will know it is a decent one. The decantr this comes in alone is really pleasing to reuse with a satisfyingly thick glass stopper.
