Introduced in 1953 as a tribute to the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, the Royal Salute has since been made by Chivas Brothers using only the finest hand-selected Scotch whiskeys. To celebrate Chinese New Year 2023, the brand has created a special edition of the 21-year-old signature blend. The exclusive presentation box is decorated with colourful symbols such as lanterns, fireworks & plum blossoms. The Royal Salute 21 Years Lunar New Year Special Edition 2023 is an elegant & opulent blend with rich aromas of ripe fruits, autumnal flowers, hazelnuts and a subtle hint of spice. It is bottled at 40.0% vol.

Housed in an intricately designed, hand-crafted ruby flagon featuring the whimsical illustrations of multi-award-winning Chinese artist Feifei Ruan & inspired by Chivas' "Ignite the New Year" stylization - this decadent whisky offers a bountiful blend of dark, ripe fruits, crushed autumnal blooms, & creamy hazelnuts over notes of sweet sherry & spice. Just as Feifei's design depicts the fusion of East & West, Chivas Regal 2022 Royal Salute The Signature Blend Chinese New Year Special Edition 21 Year Whisky blends seasonal spice, decadent fruits, & vibrant sweetness of a perfect sipping experience from nose to finish!

Aromas of sweet pears & citrus fruits are balanced with notes of autumn flowers. Aromas of sweet vanilla & oak are enhanced with notes of sherry & smoke.

The taste brings rich spices & hazelnut, with sweet orange marmalade flavours infused with fresh pears.
