TASTING NOTES

Nose: Remarkably sweet... toffee apples, marshmallows, caramelised sugar and candyfloss

Taste: Crème brûlée, evolving to ginger, nutmeg and red apple with lingering smoked barley

Finish: Sharp – tangy orange sweets, stewed red fruits with black pepper covered strawberries
