It is not Bowmore. It is not Bruichladdich. It is not Laphroaig. It is not Kilchoman. It is not Ardnahoe.... it is leaving very little to whittle this down to.

This is a 50% edition that is just as good. Maybe if one begged them enough for the information they might give it. Are they going to? Depends. Are they going to beg you to stop asking? It sounds like a "Hard Beg" to really be making of such a large company like Costco / Kirkland Signature.

That is our attempt on improvised comedy and the extent of it. This dram is a lovely one!

Like all Kirkland malts there’s no telling when they’ll sell out of this particular batch or whether they’ll bottle a second batch. If they do, it could be from a different distillery or be in some other way different. The shelves at local Costcos in USA are normally sold out of this when they do release a batch.

This is full of smoke, brine, leather, tobacco, sweetness but not quite Caol Ila sweetness mind you.
