For those who are in the UK, it sucks because we do not get to sample what Maker's Mark does best with its experimentation.

Maker's Mark has been using different stave profiles from French Oak, American Oak, Spanish Oak, Sherry Oak and many others however the release numbers are too small & exclusive to be brought to a lot of countries so therefore, we proudly present some rare bourbon from a well established brand with great taste and name.

The bottles are also waxed a little differently as you can see from the images.

Wood Finishing Series - "At Maker's Mark, our Wood Finishing Series explores unique expressions of our signature Maker's mark whisky, using natural flavours from wood to amplify certain characteristics. For the Distillery exclusive release we have partnered with Independent Stav co to develop unique flavours possible from wood. The wood staves are seasoned and then either baked or toasted. We then add 10 staves to each barrel of Maker's Mark and place it in our limestone cellar for an extra finishing process. This creates a distinctive version of maker's mark that explores the flavour and character of our signature whisky.
