This one was aged in a single first-fill bourbon barrel, which was filled back in 2015 and eventually cracked open in 2021. It was bottled up at cask strength, weighing in at a hefty 63% ABV.

Tasting Notes 

Bright and fruit driven on the palate, with notes of plum, apricot, green apple and a touch of smoke. Vibrant barley sugar and vanilla on the palate, with some notes of marzipan, tarte tatin and tobacco leaf.
