A limited-edition single barrel bourbon, produced at the newly-opened Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, from a barrel hand-selected by the German whisky importer Perola. The bourbon was distilled in November 2016 and matured in bourbon cask #7415577 for 4 years. It was bottled in 2021 at 115 proof. The historic Yellowstone brand was created in the 1870s by J.B. Dant at the Gethsemane Distillery. Yellowstone was distilled at Heaven Hill for a while, and has been produced at the new Limestone Branch Distillery since 2015. The distillery was founded by Steve and Paul Beam, descendants of both Jim Beam and J.W. Dant. Only 240 bottles of Yellowstone Single Barrel Hand Picked Collection have been released.

Nose : Buttery brown sugar and caramel, vanilla, rich toasted oak, cinnamon, baking spice, rye spice, and a hint of cinnamon apple
Palate : Heavy caramel and oak flavors that blast your taste buds on first sip. You then get a nice rush of baking spice, brown sugar, rye spice, pepper, and earthy, herbal flavors
Finish : Long heavy finish with lots of heat – leaves you with a rich mouthfeel full of heavy oak, brown sugar, and spicy rye spices and pepper
